We undertook this project to implement a comprehensive security and IT solution through a state-of-the-art commercial installation. This advanced system includes an intruder alarm with monitored smoke alarms for enhanced safety, while strategically placed WiFi access points ensure reliable connectivity throughout the space. Internal and external CCTV cameras provide continuous surveillance, with footage securely recorded to a dedicated NVR. Yealink video conference systems, equipped with room booking panels for both boardroom and therapy rooms, streamline remote collaboration. Secure access is managed through swipe card-controlled doors, duress buttons for the front counter, and smart TV units, while an automatic door opening controller improves accessibility for disabled toilet facilities. Designed to meet modern business requirements, this integrated setup offers security, efficiency, and convenience.

This commercial project transformed the boardrooms communications by installing state-of-the-art Yealink conference meeting room systems, fully integrated with Microsoft Teams. The solution features sleek wall-mounted TVs paired with intuitive table-mounted meeting panels, delivering top-quality video and audio performance for a seamless collaborative experience. This setup streamlines remote conferencing and enhances in-room collaboration, meeting the dynamic needs of modern business environments.

This commercial project showcases a fully integrated system designed to boost security, connectivity, and operational efficiency. The installation features comprehensive surveillance with internal and external CCTV cameras continuously recording to a dedicated NVR, ensuring round-the-clock monitoring. Boardrooms and offices are equipped with Yealink conference meeting room systems integrated with booking panels, wall-mounted TVs, table-mounted meeting panels to facilitate seamless communication and VOIP phone system. Additionally, the project includes a MATV system, strategically placed wireless access points, and advanced access control throughout the building using swipe card systems. The integration is further enhanced by a smart lighting system and a brand-new server room complete with data racks, structured cabling, server hardware, and split system air conditioning, all supported by rigorous general electrical work.
